33RD ANNUAL OHIO FAIR LENDING CONFERENCE
This year’s conference will include a report about fair lending from Frank Ford, and a panel discussing implications of the 2022 midterm election and how politics will affect future governmental policies, including housing.
A panel discussions will address landlord-tenant relationships, LLCs, single family homes, and large multi family apartments. Landlord-tenant experts will highlight the importance of preserving the integrity of buildings that effect a satisfactory quality of life in neighborhoods.
Brown Bag Forums
The Ohio Fair Lending and Vital Communities Coalition, in conjunction with Cleveland State University’s Levin College of Urban Affairs and Education, holds an annual conference and forum series. The goal of the series is to convene people around the topic of equal access to credit and maintaining and supporting vital communities.
