I am on disability and after rent and my phone bill I do not have much. Once the electric goes off I have no gas and no phone. The first time they turned them off my sister-in-law was sleeping and she uses an oxygen tank.”

“We have been at the shelter in Cleveland for a month. I had to stay at the men’s shelter and my wife at the women’s shelter. During the intake I asked if we could stick together because we are legally married and she had no income without me. I was asked if we had any children and I told them that we do and that they are staying with family.”
