We envision a region where every household has access to its right to water, electricity, gas, internet and phone; where utility companies are accountable and transparent to all consumers. We believe people should be educated to understand their rights and organized to demand affordable access to utilities. We promote utility access and transparency, and advocate for democratic control of these essential services.
