Larry has served as the Executive Director of Organize! Ohio since 2002. He took time off from Organize! Ohio from 2008-2010 to work as the Director of the Poor People’s Economic Human Rights Campaign. He has over 40 years of community organizing experience and is a former professor at the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University teaching Poverty Strategies for Social Workers, Community Practice Policy, Analyzing and Changing Social Policy, and Macro Practice and Policy Skills, as well as undergraduate courses on child poverty and community organizing. Larry resides in Cleveland, Ohio.
Charles (Chip) Bromley, is founder and director of the Ohio Fair Lending Coalition. He has had a career in advocacy and research work, developing innovative programs to overcome historic patterns of racial and lending discrimination. As Executive Director of National Neighbors, he was a member of the national coalition that saw the enactment of the 1988 Fair Housing Amendments and the Amendment of the 1975 Home Mortgage Act in 1989. Chip is a Presidential Fellow of the SAGES program at Case Western Reserve University and adjunct faculty at the Levin College of Urban Affairs, Cleveland State University. In addition to his work in Civil Rights he founded Greater Cleveland Community Shares. Chip resides in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
